In our monthly Pulse you can find and download the trends in category sales across beer, wine, and spirits from the transactions of Drizly’s leading-indicator audience.

Highlights for April 2018: Wine’s YoY market share growth tapered off slightly in April 2018, up 5% over April 2017 amongst Drizly’s millennial, urban, affluent user base.  Growth was again carried by Rosé, up 11% over April 2017.  Market share gains across other wine categories were nominal.

Specialty Beer (sparkling waters, FMBs, etc) and Cider continue to lead the beer category, up 28% and 11% respectively over last April.  Tequila and Brandy are carrying liquor, with market share gains of 14% and 10% respectively over last year.  Liqueurs got hit the hardest, down 8%.
